Loved Forever.ca is designed to help Newfoundlanders find obituaries for loved ones in one place. Rather than visiting multiple funeral home websites, you can search across all local sources here, with a robust search and a growing archive of obituary records.

Loved Ones

The Loved Ones feature lets you save obituaries that are important to you.

• Tap the heart icon on any obituary card to add it to your Loved Ones list
• View your Loved Ones from the tab on the home page
• Drag to reorder them however you like
• Everything is stored locally in your browser — no account needed

Saved Searches

Saved Searches let you monitor for new obituaries matching specific names.

• Add a name (minimum 4 characters) from the Saved Searches tab on the home page
• New matching obituaries appear automatically with a badge showing which search matched
• Manage your searches from the collapsible panel on the home page
• Like Loved Ones, your saved searches are stored locally in your browser

Settings

• Export / Import — Back up your Loved Ones and Saved Searches to a JSON file, or restore from a previous backup
• Theme — Toggle between dark and light mode
• Clear Settings — Remove all saved data (Loved Ones, Saved Searches, and seen markers) from your browser
